1.1 appbloop is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players who use the appbloop Platform. We understand that trust is the foundation of any good relationship — and that trust starts with being completely transparent about how we handle your information.

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the appbloop website, mobile platform, customer support channels, and any other touchpoints where you interact with appbloop. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1.3 This Privacy Policy should be read alongside the appbloop Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions regarding data privacy matters, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

2. Definitions

• "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or can reasonably identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and government ID number.
• "Sensitive Personal Information" means personal data about an individual's race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, religious, philosophical or political affiliations, health, education, genetic or sexual life, or any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed by such person.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure, or destruction.
• "Data Controller" means appbloop, which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
• "Data Processor" means any third party that processes personal data on behalf of appbloop.
• "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
• "DPA 2012" means the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

4.1 Directly from you — when you register an Account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or respond to a survey or promotion.

4.2 Automatically — when you access the appbloop Platform, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect Technical Data and Usage Data through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies.

4.3 From third parties — appbloop may receive data from payment processors (e.g., GCash, PayMaya), identity verification service providers, fraud prevention services, and PAGCOR where required by regulation.

5. Purposes of Processing

5.1 appbloop processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:

• Account creation and management — to register your Account, verify your identity, and maintain your Player profile;
• Service delivery — to provide access to games, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver customer support;
• Regulatory compliance — to fulfill obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the DPA 2012, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Fraud prevention and security — to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, cheating, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct;
• Responsible gaming — to monitor gaming behavior and apply responsible gaming tools where appropriate, including self-exclusion and deposit limits;
• Marketing communications — to send you promotional offers, bonuses, and platform updates, where you have opted in to receive such communications;
• Platform improvement — to analyze usage patterns and improve the appbloop Platform, games, and user experience;
• Legal proceedings — to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

6.1 appbloop processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the DPA 2012:

• Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given explicit consent;
• Contractual necessity — for processing required to perform the contract between you and appbloop (i.e., operating your Account and delivering gaming services);
• Legal obligation — for processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate interests — for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and Platform improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

7.1 appbloop does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only as necessary:

• Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and banking partners, solely to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC service providers engaged to verify your identity documents;
• Fraud prevention services — providers that help appbloop detect and prevent fraudulent activity;
• Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the NPC, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law;
• IT and hosting providers — cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers engaged to operate the appbloop Platform, bound by data processing agreements;
• Legal and professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, and compliance consultants, where necessary for legal proceedings or regulatory compliance.

8.1 appbloop uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content. The following types of cookies are used:

• Essential cookies — required for the Platform to function, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how Players use the Platform, which pages are visited most, and where technical issues occur. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
• Preference cookies — used to remember your language, display settings, and other preferences.
• Marketing cookies — used to deliver relevant promotional content within the appb loop Platform. These are only set where you have consented to marketing communications.

8.2 You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the appbloop Platform. For analytics and marketing cookies, you may withdraw consent at any time through your Account settings.

9. Data Retention

9.1 appbloop retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA;
• Financial transaction data — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA and tax regulations;
• Communications data — retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless required longer for legal proceedings;
• Technical and usage data — retained for up to two (2) years from collection, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

9.2 Where personal data is no longer required, appbloop will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with industry best practices and NPC guidelines.

10. Data Security

10.1 appbloop implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the appbloop Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and government ID information;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of the Platform infrastructure;
• Two-factor authentication options for Player Accounts;
• Incident response procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing personal data breaches.

10.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, appbloop will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with the DPA 2012.

11. Your Data Privacy Rights

11.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by appbloop:

• Right to be informed — you have the right to know what personal data appbloop collects about you and how it is processed;
• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data appbloop holds about you at any time;
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations;
• Right to object — you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time;
• Right to data portability — you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

11.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please contact appbloop's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 16. appbloop will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days of receipt.

12. Children's Privacy

12.1 The appbloop Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. appbloop does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If appbloop becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that Account will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted, except where retention is required by law.

12.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the appbloop Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

13.1 appbloop primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud hosting services), appbloop ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or that appropriate safeguards are in place, in accordance with the DPA 2012 and NPC regulations.

13.2 appbloop will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide adequate protections without your explicit consent, except where required by Philippine law.

14. Third-Party Links

14.1 The appbloop Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. appbloop is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected by appbloop through the appbloop Platform.

15. Updates to This Privacy Policy

15.1 appbloop reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the appbloop Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
