4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on appbloop. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. appbloop reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in Account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify appbloop immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. appbloop shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification. appbloop is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Your appbloop Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account is prohibited.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. appbloop accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. appbloop does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at appbloop's discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. appbloop aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for verified Accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. appbloop reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the appbloop Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). appbloop is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. appbloop reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to Players.
6.1 appbloop may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. appbloop reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 appbloop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the appbloop Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of appbloop.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, appbloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10. 2 appbloop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 appbloop does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.
11.1 appbloop collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 appbloop is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), to collect and retain certain Player information. appbloop will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.3 appbloop reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed Account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
